Can you just patch it?
We can stop the water first, but a lasting EIFS repair means cutting out damaged material back to sound wall, drying or replacing wet substrate, and rebuilding the foam, mesh, base coat and finish to match. Caulk and patch kits over a hole usually trap water and make the damage worse.
